Rules of Conduct
Within the property, respectful behaviour towards the surroundings and other guests is required.
Consumption of food or beverages brought from outside is not permitted in the common areas of the hotel.
We kindly ask you to keep mobile devices on silent mode in order to preserve a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
In respect of the decorum of the property, hanging towels or other items from the room windows is not permitted.
Ristorante Malipiero
Ristorante Malipiero welcomes guests in an elegant and refined setting.
Opening hours
- Breakfast: from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Lunch: from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
- Dinner: from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
To ensure the best possible experience, advance reservation is required.
Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
Appropriate attire in keeping with the setting is required.
Pool for Hotel Guests
The pool is available during the warmer season.
Opening hours: from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Access is included with your stay from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 2:00 PM on the day of departure. Any early or extended access is subject to availability and involves a supplement, to be verified directly with reception. To ensure safety and quality of service, Management reserves the right to modify opening hours or arrange temporary closures in case of adverse weather conditions or technical-operational needs.
Outdoor Bar by the Pool
The outdoor bar serving the pool area is open during the pool’s operating season.
The service is reserved for hotel guests and external guests who have purchased pool access.
Opening hours: from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Bar availability is subject to the pool’s opening hours and operating conditions.

Pool access is also available to external guests, subject to availability.
Rate: €50.00 per person for daily admission
Admission includes: sunbed, pool towel, slippers, and complimentary unattended parking.
It is not permitted to bring in food or beverages from outside, nor personal towels or bathrobes.
Availability for external guest access is assessed daily by Management, based on occupancy levels and the quality of service guaranteed to resident guests.
SPA
The SPA is a wellness experience available exclusively by reservation.
From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, access is available on a shared basis, with a maximum of 6 guests at any one time, at a rate of €25.00 per person per hour.
From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the entire SPA may be reserved for exclusive private use at a rate of €100.00 per hour, regardless of the number of guests.
Gym
The gym is included in your stay and accessible by reservation.
Opening hours: from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Reservation is required to ensure comfortable and regulated use of the facilities.
Shuttle Service
The shuttle service included in your stay operates exclusively to and from Piazzale Roma.
Reservations are handled exclusively on site, subject to daily operational availability. This allows us to guarantee an efficient, high-quality service organised according to the overall needs of our guests.
On the day of departure, the shuttle service is available only during the early morning time slots, exclusively for the route from the hotel to Piazzale Roma, with departures by 10:00 AM.
Extra Transfer Requests – Price List
The above rates are intended for each individual transfer service and include:
* Car for a maximum of 3 passengers with related luggage
* Minivan for a maximum of 8 passengers with related luggage
For booked transfer services, guests are required to respect the agreed meeting time and pick-up point.
For standard departures, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time. After this period, in the absence of the guest or communication from the hotel, the service will be considered a no-show.
For transfers arriving from the airport or railway station, the included waiting times are as follows:
* Up to 60 minutes for airport arrivals
* Up to 30 minutes for railway arrivals
The service takes into account any delays of the flight or train indicated at the time of booking.
Once the included waiting time has been exceeded, without the guest presenting themselves or updates communicated through the hotel, the transfer will be considered not carried out due to guest absence and may be charged in full.
Any changes, delays, or service modifications must be communicated promptly to reception, which will coordinate with the provider subject to operational availability.
PET policy
Only small dogs (up to 10 kg) are permitted, subject to prior reservation and an additional charge.
Access is allowed exclusively in the Superior Garden Rooms.
A supplement of €29.00 per night applies, including a dedicated welcome kit.
Pets are not allowed inside Ristorante Malipiero.
Events and Space Arrangements
For organisational needs or on the occasion of events, Management reserves the right to allocate certain areas of the property for exclusive use. In such cases, all confirmed services will still be guaranteed, even if provided in equivalent alternative areas.
General Conditions
Any additional services or special requests (such as early access, extended use, or extra usage) are subject to availability and may incur a supplement, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
Parking
Complimentary unattended outdoor parking is available for hotel guests, customers of Ristorante Malipiero, and guests using the property’s services, such as the bar, pool, and SPA.
The parking area may be used for the duration of the stay or for the booked service.
Room Key
At check-in, a €5.00 deposit is required for the room key.
The deposit will be automatically refunded at check-out upon return of the key.
